The world has fallen in deep dark slumber
The night and the dawn ageing to twilight
Yet my eyes open as the sea,
Exploring my heart and my mind alike
the hide and seek of the blurry dreams
I look out the window and yonder I see
the fading twinkle of the Ursa bear
And here I am in a fix to what I long
the silent audience of the fireflies in the sky
or the warm embrace of the dawn that’s coming by.
Or Is it you so far away?
